We are a design oriented, fast-paced medium sized firm specializing in hotel and resort design, including mixed-use. Our work is evenly divided between architecture and interior design, new construction and renovation. In keeping with our concept of integrated architecture and interior design, we are looking for professionals who are comfortable working in both.
Computer skills are essential. CAD proficiency is required for most positions. Hospitality experience is preferred, commercial design experience is required.

Receptionist / Administrative Assistant
An ideal candidate would have a ‘can-do’ attitude with excellent communication skills, both verbal & written, friendly and professional telephone rapport, superior organizational skills and a willingness to assist in a variety of areas. As the first point of contact for the firm, professional conduct and appearance is crucial and mandatory at all times. Professional degree required. Experience in a professional setting required. Project Architect
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of commerical professional experience. Hospitality design experience is preferred. A Bachelors or masters degree in architecture or interior design is required.
You must be a registered architect capable of performing and administering all phases of a major new construction project from start to finish and also have an advanced knowledge of building, life safety and barrier free codes. Superb organizational and communication skills, CAD, and solid computer skills are all required.
Intern Design Architect/CAD Architect
Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of related commercial professional experience. A Bachelors degree in architecture is required. You must be familiar with all phases of a project and be capable of producing complete CD’s with moderate supervision. CAD and solid computer skills are required.
Sr. Interior Designer
A minimum of 6-10 years of professional experience is suggested. Hospitality design experience is preferred. Commerical experience is required. A Bachelors degree in architecture or interior design is required.
You should be NCIDQ certified and capable of performing and administering all phases of interior design
projects from start to finish. Also be creative, detail oriented, able to communicate successfully to vendors,
clients, Principals and other team members. A thorough knowledge of interior architectural technology, CAD, and solid computer skills are all required.
