	principals Architecture - Jeffrey S. Degen, AIA formerly served as Chief Architect for Lufthansa's Penta Hotels based in Berlin, Germany. Before that he was Project Manager with Westin Hotels and Resorts in Seattle, and before that Senior Design Manager with Marriott Corporation in Washington, DC. Jeffrey's early career work was with MBT Architecture in San Francisco. Jeffrey completed his Masters of Architecture and undergraduate work in Urban Planning at The University of Utah. He is registered in all of the West Coast states including Alaska and British Columbia and holds nationally recognized NCARB certification. Interior Design - Anita L. Degen, IIDA formerly was Lead Designer for the Berlin office of S&S Hotel Interior Design. Before that she was lead hospitality designer for Callison in Seattle, and before that interior designer with Marriott Corporation in Washington, DC. Anita holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts - Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University and holds nationally recognized NCIDQ certification. Anita is active in numerous professional organizations including; International Interior Design Association (IIDA), the Washington Hotel & Motel Association, and is the International President for NEWH - The Hospitality Industry Network.

Currently numbering 14 with plans to grow in 2008, we are evenly divided between architects and interior designers. All of our professional staff have either Bachelors or Masters degrees in their respective fields from top schools including Washington State University; University of Washington; The Art Institute of Seattle; University of Detroit-Mercy; University of Houston; Savannah College of Art & Design; University of New Mexico; Oklahoma State University; California Polytechnic State University and Jinlin Architecture & Civil Engineering Institute, China. Community activities have included Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, Rotary Boys and Girls WeCare Benefit, Seattle Works Community Projects, Norman Public School District, the Chickasha Downtown Revitalization Committee and Blank Canvas.
