			Sleek, slightly nautical, yet warmly residential in an urbane way - the owner and design team sought to re-define hotel living in every way. We started with the idea of flexibility and fulfillment of the guest experience in the hotel environment, then built the rooms around that. The result was studios rather than traditional guestroom - 15 different variations on a theme, each responding to unique views or orientations on a tight urban site.
