ANITA L. DEGEN, IIDA
Principal - Interior Design

Anita is the founding Interior Design Principal at D&D and directly oversees interior design for all of the firm's projects. Her 25 years of interior design experience exclusively in hotel and resort design throughout the world as well as her ability to listen to her clients and deliver distinctive design has led to her reputation as leader in hospitality design.

MELISSA S.S. WALLING
Senior Associate - Director of Marketing / Business Manager

Since joining D&D in 1998, Melissa has contributed to the growth of the firm, both nationally and globally.  In addition to overseeing all aspects of D&D's finances, Melissa is the creative force behind the firm's marketing & graphic image.  She is the firm's website designer and creates and directs graphic design for both projects and promotional material.
