- Content: 7-story, 250-Unit new construction multi-family high-rise in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood. The site was the Mercedes-Benz dealership; historic retail and garage facades were conserved and reused in the new building design. The interiors were to mirror the grit and semblance of the unique neighborhood fabric.
