• Location: Brea, California
• Content: The design approach for this new-build community in Brea, California is a focus on urban wellness, intentional living and a holistic approach to honest elements found in our world. Two 6-story residential buildings, part of a large mixed-use development connected by a pedestrian promenade, have complimentary design aesthetics highlighting the delicate balance of nature.
  
  The first residential building features a spacious Leasing Lobby, resident lounges and state-of-the-art fitness center focus on natural light, botanical elements and organic lines to evoke a sense of inner harmony. This building is near completion.
  
  The Coworking lounge, Game Lounge and supporting exterior courtyard spaces, including a roof-top pool and spa, located in the second building have a more energetic and invigorating vibe using warmer color, textures and tones with a rhythmic cadence subtly woven throughout the spaces. This building is complete and now open.
