• Location: San Francisco, California
• Content: Redevelopment and interior renovation for a 3-building mixed use complex in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood. Residential amenities and common space were designed to elevate this existing community to a quality level to exemplify the surrounding neighborhood.
  
  The 19-story high-rise and accompanying townhomes received an exterior paint refresh, an upgraded main entry experience, leasing office & lounge, 2-story state-of-the-art fitness center and penthouse resident lounge that features coveted San Francisco skyline views.
  
  The second phase of this project encompass' an 18-story high-rise and 8-story mid-rise building. Areas upgraded include amenity spaces and resident corridors.
  
  Degen & Degen’s overall design keeps in line with sleek sophistication for the city-savvy dweller who values luxury within reach and a design forward atmosphere. Custom, hand-crafted aesthetics and a curated attention to detail throughout the spaces are brought out by natural inspired materials. Refined wood grain, marble, and bronze metal details add reflectivity and elegance alongside lush textured custom furnishings that add softness.
