• Content: Set in the famed Bowery neighborhood, which connects to the heart and pulse of New York life, Avalon Bowery Place is a residential experience that celebrates the connection while providing a luxe backdrop of perfect appointment. This facelift nods to the neighborhood with an artistic aesthetic but offers a chic and gracious setting for the modern New Yorker. All at once refined, stylish, savvy and fashionable.
  
  The arrival experience and lobby were enlivened with cleverly appointed details focused on Resident’s experience - meet up at the caucus table under the art light installation, chill in the built-in seating nook with warm and stylish materials.
  
  We also elevated the resident’s lounge and co-working spaces, reimagined the rooftop chill and entertainment areas and expanded and upgraded the fitness center.
