Multi-phased, 500 feet of pristine beachfront makes up this 169-guestroom ‘grand dame’ of Ft. Lauderdale. Degen & Degen’s involvement in this phased renovation started in 2017 with the redesign of all the 145-guestrooms, 16 suites and creating 8 new luxury suites.
Our most recent phase, to refresh the Lobby experience. Our mission was to continue to honor the old Floridian charm of the existing property in a refreshingly modern, European-boutique hotel environment. - D&D Services: Interior Design
